職務說明:
1.Achieve annual sales/aftersales financial targets (P&L Responsibility) within assigned auto brand
2.Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and to expand the company’s customer base
3.Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customers and stakeholders’ relationships, like principals, vendors, strategic allies etc.
4.Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
5.Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
6.Understand specific market and trends by data analysis, to transform the customers’ needs into tactical and strategic direction of assigned auto brand
7.Direct and oversee the marketing, pricing, aftersales or operation support function to identify and develop new customers for products and services of assigned auto brand
8.Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs, of operation in order to achieve operations excellence
9.Develop and manage business unit’s budget, and oversee the development and management of internal operating budgets
10.Directly manage and build a business relationship with major, key and critical customers, and coordinate the management of all other accounts.
11.Establish and implement short- and long-range goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures of business unit
12.Participate in the development of new project proposals
13.Represent the company at various community and/or business meetings to promote the company
14.Recruit, train, coach, supervise, and evaluate department staff in order to build succession pipeline of the business unit

專長條件:
1. Experience in strategic planning and execution. Knowledge of contracting, negotiating, and change management. Knowledge of structuring sales quota goals and revenue expectations.
2. Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills in both Chinese and English. Ability to motivate teams to produce quality deliverables/results within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage several projects. Ability to participate in and facilitate group meetings.
3. Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executives
4. This is required through a combination of the completion of a Bachelor Degree in business -related and ten years of experience in a senior-level sales and/or marketing position plus five years of people management experiences.
5. Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services and position them against competitors
6. Demonstrable experience in developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
7. Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
